Unable ro check in. They requested extra charges and mentioned they have terminated their bussines/link with Booking.com. They claimed the price in Booking.com was the price before pandemic. They said, if i already paid directly Booking.com, i will need to pay all amount again as they didnt receive the money . She said the money went into Booking.com account and i need to pay again in total
